Our Return Privileges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on eyewear, jewelry, belts, and cufflinks unless faulty. All sales of brooches and hi-tech accessories are final due to their delicate nature.
